Here are some projects that demonstrate my product thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Led a team of 4 to develop an IoT-based smart water quality monitoring system for large water tanks in panchayats and residential complexes. Implemented real-time water quality monitoring and automated alerts.
Developed an autonomous water waste collection system that helps clean water bodies and reduce environmental impact. Led the project to win first place at the Innovit Hackathon.
Developed an innovative monitoring system that tracks newborn health parameters and vital signs in real-time, ensuring a safer environment for newborns in hospitals and NICUs.
This case study explores the end-to-end management of a Spirulina cultivation project, focusing on planning, resource allocation, timeline optimization, and risk assessment. The project involved setting up controlled growth conditions, maintaining ideal pH and temperature levels, and implementing an efficient harvesting process. Emphasis was placed on sustainable practices and cost-effective scaling, demonstrating practical application of project management principles in a bio-agriculture setting.
